Hi! My name is Erin and I am the owner of Xhale Fitness. I have a BS in Applied Exercise Science. I specialize in women's fitness, at-home training, & injury prevention/rehab. My goal is to change as many lives as possible and build a community of women who come together to work on their health and lively hood.
